Magnificent, excellent , tremendous was only three words i can use to legally to comment on how well you girls played today. After their 2nd goal went in i was once again standing on the touch line head bowed and waiting for you girls to give up . I couldn't have been more wrong if i tried, the team spirit that i witnessed today was amazing we never give up stood still backed off. We actually worked harder and with a lovely through ball to Ella (yes i witnessed Ella score ) boy does she have her goal scoring boots on lately, with her sweet left foot a cracking goal to bring us 1 back. This first half like the last 3/4 games have been really physical, now i dont know if it's just me but has this physicality just come on over the last few months or what? Half time and dreading  the second half as we never play 2 half the same. What do i need to worry about we came out stronger. Team work , we played as a team everyone on that pitch whether we got 20 mins or a full game , everyone played as a team which was great and special to watch. Ella yet again on the score sheet which brought the game level changed the game all together and finally we had the run of the ball and getting more of it than we had in the past. We  all know how good Bishop are, i wasnt however ready for such a physical game. With lady luck eventually on our side the ball came over our heads and with Jessie switch on fell lovely into her path and a shot from at least 25 yards out sailed just the right side of the post . Then for the fourth goal Charlotte came from the midfeild with a burst of speed got the ball with loads of space and placed it exactly where Jessie had just put it earlier 4-2 . At this stage my heart is pounding out of my chest.
I want to give all you girls all 10/10 today for the effort and team work we showed , Eleanor was outstanding today but so was the other 11 of you girls that played on this pitch Lucy,Becky,Grace,Hannah,Abby,Faye,Lois,Jessie,Ella and Charlotte i cant thank you enough for what i saw today . you have all made me a very happy man and i will be buzzing from this till at least Monday.
