Team background

Durham County provide an entry point into football for boys and girls within Durham and we have a record of developing youngsters into great footballers.

We are a club that prides ourselves on professionalism in an environment of positive encouragement and fun and we also warmly welcome the active participation and support of the parents.

The girls team started in 2005 during summer off season. We are an up and coming team, improving with every training session and match.

We ask certain standards of our players in terms of their behaviour and attitude and as a result have a good friendly atmosphere within the team. the girls are close knit and this along with great attitude has seen the girls establish themselves within the leauges

Any new players would be welcomed. Training is at Gilesgate Comprehensive School from 6;30-8 on tuesday evening
